Does It Ever Feel Like Life Seems To Make Things SO HARD On You

Did you know that seasons are supposed to be our natural instruction manual for navigating daily living? Unfortunately, modern life doesn’t allow for much-needed downtime to reset our systems. Just like the seasons have different flows, so your body, mind and spirit have different needs and when we ignore these, we get out of whack! Your lower energy levels, relationship conflicts and overwhelm just means . . .

Your body is begging you for a break.

About the Seasonal Harmonization Retreats

The good news is that every single season we have an opportunity to renew in a unique way to optimize our body. What most people are doing wrong is that they are working against the season. When you are not going with the flow of the current season you are swimming upstream - which is is extremely exhausting!

At our harmonization retreat you have the opportunity to realign on a 5 dimensional level (Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual and Infinite Wholeness) so that you can experience ease and flow throughout the year..

Spring is a time of new beginnings, cleansing, and reconnecting. In the Spring we reawaken from the hibernation and planning of winter and begin executing our carefully made plans. It’s a great time to:

  • Start a new health plan, big project, or venture
  • Connect with others who will support you and help your plans come to life
  • Let go of any anger, resentment, or frustration and find forgiveness

At our spring retreat you will learn:

  • The power of true and effective fasting, especially if you hate fasting and find it difficult to do. *Day Two is our day of fasting.
  • How to support the body, heart, mind, and spirit to quickly and easily release all grief, anger, and trauma.
  • The formula for staying in tune with your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs all year long.

Summer is the season we have been programmed to live in all year round. It contains what we’ve been taught is the “best” diet, exercise routine, and the push and drive for performance. It’s the time we:

  • Work on projects
  • Take time to play and enjoy the world around us
  • Heal betrayal, abandonment, or feeling unappreciated and open up to vulnerability

At our summer retreat you will learn:

  • The perfected balance of work and play.
  • How to fully receive the support, joy, and opportunity that is all around.
  • How to safely make connections, develop absolute trust, and remain vulnerable yet protected.

Now that you’ve been prepared to receive, Fall is the time to reap and accept the abundance of resources in your life. It’s a time of celebration, routine, and closure. In the Fall we:

  • Complete the “harvest” of our hard work and enjoy the projects we finished
  • Wrap up loose ends and start clearing our schedules for what is needed most
  • Release grief, reset self-destructive patterns, habits, and addictions, and embrace hope

At our fall retreat you will learn:

  • The key to freedom from addiction and compulsive behaviors.
  • How to create a sustainable routine that will last through the seasonal ebbs and flows.
  • How to unlock the deepest pit of grief so it’s not in a constant spiral throughout your life.

Winter is our hibernation and invitation to REST. It’s often the season we fight the most and therefore end up with disharmony resulting in illness, depression, and fatigue. It’s meant to be the time we:

  • Simplify our schedules and focus on our internal needs, new plans, and yearly review
  • Deeply nourish our adrenal system and replenish from the efforts of the year
  • Let go of all fear, anxiety, blame, and “getting things done” and surrender into objective reflection

At our winter retreat you will learn:

  • The surprising relief that winter brings
  • How to properly recover your adrenal system from the year, preventing illness and long term health issues
  • How to put an end to anxiety, fear-based living, and blame cycles
